Walking Tours

A walking tour is an ideal way to explore one of the great Scottish cities. Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee and Stirling all offer wonderful opportunities for walking tours.

  • Get the big picture of how the city developed and found its place in Scottish history

  • Learn about its main sights and architecture

  • Hear the hidden stories behind the grand facades

Or how about a battlefield - Culloden battlefield perhaps, scene of one of the major turning points in Scottish history? Or a large archaeological site such as the magical Kilmartin Glen? Sites such as these are often a highlight on a

driver /guide or coach tour and are well worth taking the time to explore on foot.
